Ingredients
- 3 carrots
- 1 small red onion
- half a lemon
- half an apple
- few parsley leaves
- salt, pepper & olive oil
Instructions

- If using non-organic carrots, peel first.
- Grate carrots, onion and half an apple.
- Add all the ingredients to the bowl, add salt, pepper to taste and dash of olive oil
- Squeeze the lemon juice
- Chop parsley leaves and add to the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well together.
- Serve and enjoy!
