Highly Sensitive People are affected more than anyone else by their environment and everything their body is exposed to. Knowing what your body needs are and how it is unique from others is the first step to creating harmony in your life and healthy relationships with your body, the main tool picking up all the signals from the world around you.

Diets don’t work for a few good reasons:
  • we are all unique and have different needs, so our bodies
  • our body’s needs change with seasons and life stage, diets are rigid they don’t take account for that
  • no one in the whole world has so much willpower to sustain a diet forever, they are unsustainable
  • your body goes into famine mode, and actually stores up fat in order to survive the ‘famine’ when you start dieting

Most of us follow fad diets or the latest ‘healthy eating’ trends without considering if it is appropriate for us. 

Each of us is unique and have different needs. Just because keto works for your friend doesn’t mean it will work for you. Just because vegan diet is popular doesn’t mean your body type will thrive on it.

Highly Sensitive People are deeply tuned in to their bodies and the environment around them. While that can sometimes affect us negatively, honing our intuition and listening to our body needs can create remarkable harmony in our life. 

In this workshop, you will learn to tune into your own body and use your intuition to sort through the inner (and outer) noise and recognise the difference between your body needs and cravings speaking.

This workshop will focus on practical intuition exercises to help you understand your body and intuition speaking to you. And exercises and practice for intuitive eating.

This workshop will build on the previous two workshops (Bio-individuality and Gut Health) and to create the foundations for Intuitive Eating.

Intuitive Eating is the easiest way to navigate the sea of contradicting dietary and lifestyle information.

Intuition sorts through:

  • recommendations inappropriate for your body type
  • fear and ‘shoulds’
  • your unhealthy bacteria ‘speaking’
  • ‘sound’ of unhealthy cravings
  • ever-changing needs of your body
